1. Delivery Timelines

We work with the most reliable courier partners in Pakistan (including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx) to ensure timely delivery.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.

• Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 working days.

• Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

3. Order Verification Process

To ensure your order reaches the correct address and to prevent any inconvenience, we follow a quick verification process:

• Once you place an order, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or a Phone Call for confirmation.

• Unverified orders (where we cannot reach the customer after multiple attempts) may be cancelled to ensure our stock remains available for active shoppers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a seamless Cash on Delivery service throughout Pakistan. For your safety and the courier's efficiency:

• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

• According to courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the payment. However, once paid, if there is any issue, our Returns & Exchange team is here to help!

5. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your home.

6. Packaging & Product Safety

Cosmetics and skincare are fragile. At Shop By Mk, we don't just "box" your items; we "protect" them. Every order is packed using high-quality bubble wrap and secure sealing to prevent leakage or breakage during transit, ensuring your products arrive in pristine, shelf-ready condition.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

While we take every precaution, if your product arrives damaged or if an item is missing:

• Please take a photo or video of the parcel and the product.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert WhatsApp Number/Email].

• We will prioritize a replacement or a refund for you.

8. Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address? Please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we are unfortunately unable to redirect it.
