1. Our "Peace of Mind" Guarantee

We take immense pride in the authenticity of our products. However, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen during transit or packing. You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged: You received a bottle that is leaked, broken, or physically compromised.

  • The product is incorrect: We accidentally sent you the wrong shade, size, or item.

  • The product is expired: Though we perform rigorous quality checks, if an item is past its shelf life, we will replace it immediately.

2. Timeframe for Requests

To maintain an efficient process, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We believe a week is ample time for you to inspect your order and ensure everything is perfect.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Because we deal in personal care and beauty products, we must prioritize the health and safety of all our customers. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered (e.g., "I don't like the scent" or "I changed my mind about the color").

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or Flash Sale.

4. The Return Process: How it Works

We’ve kept it simple because we value your time:

  2. Evidence: Please share a short video or clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. In Pakistan’s logistics landscape, this "unboxing evidence" helps us hold courier partners accountable and speeds up your claim.

  3. Pickup/Drop-off: Once approved, we will guide you on whether our courier will pick up the item or if you need to send it back to our warehouse via a local service (TCS/Leopards).

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can choose:

  • A Replacement: We will ship the correct/undamaged item at no extra cost to you.

  • Store Credit: A voucher for the full amount to use on your next "Shop By Mk" spree.

  • Full Refund: Processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake was ours (wrong/damaged item), Shop By Mk will bear all shipping costs.

  • In rare cases of discretionary returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
